Deadlift 275#
Bench 185#
Clean 140#
Result: 22:26
my previous linda time is like 20mins and change at 155#. doing this at 185# inspired me to do linda again at my regular bodyweight to try for sub 15mins.
I paced myself a lot at the beginning and think I might have been able to go faster. Im content with this time, not impressed nor dissapointed, would have loved sub 20mins.
