bench: 5(165)-5(185)-10(190#)
Wod:

10 c2b pullups
10 Russian kb swings 2 pood
10 squat cleans 165#
Results: 6:38
All cleans for me. Heart was a little gassed fro
The lack of metcon training over the last couple weeks but not nearly as bad as I thought it would be.
