First Post: The rest week after regionals

Just coming off the CrossFit oshawa wod yeserday:

12-9-6 reps for time of:

Front Squat 225#
muscle ups

10:54

that was my first wod back since regionals and I'm feeling geared up to get a lot stronger/faster in the next coming months.
