It's amazing what can happen when you force yourself to train. I had a busy day, worked outside for part of the day getting quite a bit of sun, and it was a 5:30 wake up today. I did not feel like training at all. I hit three PR's! thought I'd share my excitement. Here's what went down:

DU's: 12-[156 PR]-60ish-108-43
Power Cleans 5-5-5
Results: 205#-215#-205# (all PR's for 5 reps)
