Pretty sore from yesterday. But grinded through another great day, feeling very good, these are the wod's I did tonight:
CrossFit Oshawa'sTeam WOD with Evan Bombino:
In partners you must perform the following for time:
1000 ft bear crawl (alternating partners every 100 ft)
50 Kettle bell swings
50 push-ups
50 kettle bell swings
50 double unders (each partner must do 50)
50 kettlebell swings
50 seconds in a handstand hold
50 kettle bell swings
1000 ft bear crawl (alternating partners every 100 ft)
*The bear crawl and kettle bell swings must be performed one person at a time. Everything else can be done at the same time.
Result: 14:50
Then Did This Classic wod:
"Lynne"
5 rounds for reps of:
bodyweight bench press
Pull-ups
3-5min rest between rounds.
Result:
Bench: 13-12-9-8-6
Strict Pull-ups: 10-10-9-9-8
*I weigh 155# and did it as if I wieghed 185# and with strict/weighted pull-ups
