Strength Targeted Cycle: Phase 1 is complete

If you've been following, you've noticed I've been doing a lot of wods "Lynne" style. I have just started experimenting with a strength targeted cycle with three phases. The first phase is 2 weeks (of these lynne style wods), the second phase, is 3 weeks (of wendler 5-3-1) and the third phase will last one week (my own ladder program). Phase 1 is over at the end of this week, it was based off of the wod "Lynne" and it incorporated most major barbell strengthening lifts, paired with gymnastics or skill work. Over a two week period I incorporated the following with adequate rest/met cons:

1. Bench Press/weighted pull-ups
2. Squat/Hand stand push-ups
3. Press (with kettlebells)/ double unders
4. Deadlift/weighted ring dips
and lastly, yesterdays first wod:

5 rounds for max reps of:
165# Thruster
Muscle ups

results:
Thruster: 8-8-8-7-7
MU: 8-8-8-7-7

It was very tough it the later rounds, and very tough to go from being so spent through a heavy thruster right to muscle ups. My muscle ups felt very slow during this wod, I can usually get 10 or at least 9 with no fatigue but that's when I'm fresh.
