CrossFit Total Day! yup, 3 PR's!

3 Pr's in one day feels amazing! so pumped. And I'm not far off my summer goals that I would love to get by labour day!

Backsquat 335# (summer goal 340#)



Press 155# (my bodyweight)




Deadlift 425# (Summer goal 435#)


Ugly but I'll take it. I can do more.
