So back to my blog. Took some time off because I wasn't on a structured program, just tried to wod as much as possible for a few weeks with no method. Tomorrow I'm back to the strength cycle, this time I have others from CrossFit Oshawa doing it with me, I'm pretty pumped about that. Here's a few of the sweet wod's I did while I was away from the blog:
