Results:
Squat: 250-265-285 (12 reps)
Bench: 165-185-200 (8 reps)
This felt amazing to do as I was not feeling training today, only having two days between my competition: the GNC sweat equity, and starting the second phase of this strength cycle: The wendler 5-3-1. I also did a wod off the Uchallenge facebook page that was posted a while back of 3 rounds for time of: 15 toes to bar, 10 thrusters 155#, 5 muscle up hspu. This was very demorilizing as my time was bullshit (17:??) lol.
