2009 CrossFit Games Chipper

Deadlift 3-3-3+
Press 3-3-3+

results:
Deadlift 325#-345#-365#(8 reps)
Press: 115#-125#-135#(6 reps)

2009 Games Chipper:
15 barbells cleans (155#/100#)
30 toes to bar
30 box jumps (24"/20")
15 muscle-ups (10 muscle-ups females)
30 push presses (40#DB's/25#DB's)
30 double-unders
15 thrusters (135#/95#)
30 pull-ups
30 burpees
300ft Overhead walking lunges (45# plate/25# plate)
Results: 22:59
If you were to put CrossFit into one particular wod I think this would be it. Unreal competition wod and training wod, one of the best. I was messed up after this. I remember doing this last year in around 28mins and change so I'll definately take this time even though I wanted sub 20mins, little frusterating cause I went onto the walking lunges at the 17:00min mark.
