PR's off the Strength Ladder! good day

Strength Ladder

2 reps on the min starting at 60-70% going up 10# per min.

Results:
Backsquat: 225-325(1 rep) PR! 
Deadlift: 275-405(1 rep) tied PR!

Death by Rope Climbs:

1 rope climb on the min adding a rope climb every min until failure.

Results: 5+2 rope climbs


No vids today. Just Results lol. Supper pumped and can't wait to do CrossFit Total next week, going for 3/3 PR's!
