WOD'S

1) 5-4-3-2-1 reps for time of:
Squat 300#
Muscle up Handstand Push-ups

6:45


1) Select's Power Hour Partner WOD

For time:
50 Power Snatches 95#
50 Box Jumps 24"
50 Cleans 115#
50 Knees to Elbows
50 Power clean and jerks 135#

*Every 2mins 20 wallballs
