Usually a rest day... today was sort of active rest. I was supposed to row yesterday but Tanya's brother and sister in law had their twins, so we were at the hospital all day = Rest day.

came in on the 100's @ 1:05 average, 50's @ 29-30s, 25's @ 13-14s
