1) 7 rounds for time:
7 GHD sit-ups
7 Hand release push-ups
200 ft sandbag carry sprint 45#

2) 15-12-9 reps for time of:
Left arm kettlebell snatch (2 pood)
Right arm kettlebell snatch (2 pood)
L-Pull-ups

10:05

3) 3 rounds for time of:
200 ft kettlebell carry (A 1.5 pood bell on each shoulder- Spicy)
15 toes to bar
