Last weeks events: Tues: Squats / Fri: Deads and some wod results

Last weeks events:

Not very thrilled at all about the lifting this week, but the wods went well.

Squat 3-3-3+ (5 reps @ 300#)
Bench 3-3-3+ (5 reps @ 210#)

Squat 3+


Deads 3-3-3+ (4 reps @ 385#)
Press  3-3-3+ (5 reps at 140#)



Some wods I did:

3 rounds for time:
15 pull-ups
10 front squats 185#
3 Parellet handstand push-ups
7mins and change

5 rounds for time of:
5 power clean and jerks 165#
7 muscle ups
9 box jumps 30"
14mins and change

15-12-9-6-3 reps for time of:
deadlifts 275#
burpee bar jumps
6mins and change

and this little beauty:

25 L-Pullups for time
*have to L-rope climb 9 feet to the pull-up bar every time. Also, every failure: 20 push-ups.
